GOV⁠.⁠UK Forms will be unavailable between 6am and 8am on Tuesday 11 March 2025.

We expect the downtime to last for 1 to 2 hours. During the downtime:

- people won’t be able to access forms - instead, they’ll see a ‘service unavailable’ message
- you won’t be able to access the form builder

We’re doing this maintenance to upgrade the database that supports GOV⁠.⁠UK Forms.
