Submission emails appearing empty in some email clients

We recently deployed styling updates to align our submission emails with the new GOV.UK branding. Following this change, we discovered that users viewing emails in Outlook Classic were unable to see submission details, with emails appearing blank.

This issue has now been resolved. We have reverted the styling changes and new form submissions will display correctly in all email clients, including Outlook Classic.

An identified workaround, if available, view the submission emails by using the web-based version of Outlook or opening the email in an alternative email client.
